Class Fees

Fees will  be billed on a monthly basis.  This is a monthly membership that runs throughout the year from September to July.  Please be aware you are paying for a membership place in the class. 

Fees are non-refundable if a student is absent from classes or on holiday.  You cannot pay for sessions on a weekly basis.  At the DCA & Mischief Musical we use an online system called Class Manager.   All bills will be sent by email to you, it will also calculate any discounts for you.  Payments can be made by Cash, Debit or Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Bank Transfer.  All methods will display on your Parent Portal account.    

• Mischief Tots                                  £25.00 per month. 
• Mischief Minis 1, 2, 3 & 4          £25.00 per month.     
• Mischief Juniors                            £30.00 per month.  
• Mischief Seniors                           £30.00 per month.      

Joining Fee & Annual Membership

For new members there is a £30.00 joining fee payable upon registration, this fee includes your Mischief Musical Theatre T-Shirt and Script Bag.     For existing members an Annual Member fee of £25.00 is payable every September, when you will be offered a choice of kit options.  

Show School Production Studio Fees

During our main Summer production held in July a £30.00 studio fee is payable per student.  This fee includes your Mischief Musical Theatre Show Event T-Shirt and any costumes, hair, glitter and associated show costs.  There are no fees for the Winter Showcase as students will only require their usual class uniform.           

Multi Class Discounts

We offer a 10% sibling discount and additional discounts per class.  If you are attending multiple classes across The Dance Centre Academy and Mischief Musical Theatre, you will receive a multi-class discount.  The Class Manager system will automatically calculate your discount on your monthly bill. 

Payment Terms & Conditions 2023/2024

• Classes are billed each calendar month.
• Fees are payable by the end of each month.  
• If you start part-way through a month a reduced rate will be applied to your account.
• Fees are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward.
• If you wish to cancel your membership 1 months paid notice is required.  
• Fees are non-refundable if the class is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or events relating to and including a pandemic.  If we cancel a session for other reasons then we will credit your account accordingly.  
• Payments can be made by Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer.
• If your fees are not paid up to date, please be aware that your place will be lost.
• If you are having difficulties with payments please speak to one of our management team, and we will do our best to help you.
• We reserve the right to suspend your Childs classes if payment has not been received by the due date.
• In certain circumstances refunds are at the director’s discretion.
• Refunds will be issued in cheque form and will be issued within 28 days of notification.

Scholarships

We offer part-funded scholarships each term throughout the year.  Students can apply at the start of each term by writing a statement or letter to the team, about why they dance and what it means to them.  If students are given the award, they can access unlimited classes and Show School projects, and they are only required to pay a nominal monthly fee.  Places are limited each term.
